• Deposit of £300 required upfront via website

• Remaining balance due via bank transfer by June 23rd (60 days before arrival)

• Cancellation Policy: Deposit is non-refundable after 20 days; 50% refund on total price if canceled after June 23rd.

In case of adverse weather conditions, activities will be adapted while maintaining a strong focus on fitness, movement, and personal growth, ensuring a meaningful and enriching experience regardless of the circumstances.

Enrico Argentin is an Italian personal trainer, originally from Castelfranco Veneto, just a few hours from the Dolomites.

With over 10 years of experience, he has helped city professionals, athletes, and high-performers achieve sustainable transformations. After years in major cities, Enrico rediscovered the serenity and challenge of the mountains, leading him to create this retreat, a chance to escape, reconnect with nature, and push your limits in the most spectacular setting.

  • What should I expect from online coaching?
    Anticipate a fully personalized experience. My goal is to establish meaningful relationships with each of my clients, guiding you every step of the way toward achieving your goals. My approach goes beyond mere numbers – upon joining my App, I'm committed to profoundly transforming your lifestyle. Your tailored eating and training plans will prioritize sustainability, consistency, and above all, enjoyment. Through a personalized check-in process, we'll ensure you're making progress towards your goals, and with direct chat support, I'll be there to assist you at every stage of your journey.
  • What will my meal plan look like? Do you cater for dietary restrictions?
    Your nutrition is key to your journey ahead. Plans should be both sustainable and enjoyable. I aim to facilitate lifestyle changes rather than impose bland or rigid diets. To attain your desired results, it's crucial to strike a healthy balance between fostering a positive relationship with food and understanding essential factors like portion sizes, calories, and macros. You'll gain access to a wide array of delicious meal options for every part of the day. Each meal comes with a recipe and detailed ingredient breakdown, which is particularly helpful if you have limited cooking experience or are unfamiliar with certain dishes. These meals will accommodate any allergies or dietary restrictions you may have, such as coeliac disease, lactose intolerance, or vegan preferences.
  • How often should I exercise per week?
    The choice is yours. Simply let me know how much time you have available for training each week and what your goal is. From there, I'll tailor a plan to seamlessly integrate exercise into your routine, ensuring it aligns perfectly with your schedule and objectives.
  • How soon can I expect to see results?
    Everyone's body responds differently to exercise, so we'll work with you at a pace that suits you best. The training will be divided into phases to ensure you're progressing towards your goals and training at the right level of intensity. Some clients have achieved their desired results in just a few weeks, while others take a few months – each person's journey is unique. Results depend on various factors such as your personalized nutrition and workout plans, your commitment both in and out of the gym, and the effort you put in. If you're ready to fully commit, I can assure you that you'll make progress, see results, and be well on your way to achieving your goals!
  • Can I train from home?
    Absolutely! I can tailor a plan to suit your preferred location and align with your goals and lifestyle.
  • Is there somewhere I can track my progress and update my measurements?
    You can conveniently track all your progress and measurements using my app on your phone. This includes everything from photos and weekly weigh-ins to monitoring your sleep, diet, motivation, and water intake. This comprehensive tracking system allows me to monitor your progress closely and make any necessary adjustments to your goals or plans.
